Finding a Purchaser. The Manager will endeavour to find a purchaser for the Sale Share. The Manager may, but will not be required to, in the first instance offer the Sale Share to existing Shareholders. In such case and where more than one existing Shareholder wishes to purchase the Sale Share, the Manager in its sole discretion will determine the successful purchaser. Once a purchaser has been found by the Manager and notified to the Selling Shareholder, the Selling Shareholder may: a direct the Manager to enter into the sale of the Sale Share as the agent of the Selling Shareholder; or b withdraw the transfer notice and sell to a third party.
