Findings for Informational Purposes Only. The findings and messages generated or reported by the Licensed Application are for informational purposes only. In no event does the absence or presence of flags or messages generated or reported by the Licensed Application indicate that an appraisal is acceptable or unacceptable. Findings generated or reported by the Licensed Application may not be used as Licensee’s basis to accept or reject an appraisal nor may they be used as the basis for a credit decision.
