If the potential compensation to Lessee under this Lease exceeds Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), Lessee warrants that it is not subject to an “unresolved” finding for recovery under Revised Code Section 9.24. If this warranty is found to be false, this Lease is void ab initio.
