Fire and Safety Codes. Lessee and the decorator or other agents hired by Lessee must comply with applicable local, state and national fire and safety codes. Lessee must not allow any open flames in the Hall, unless enclosed in glass. Lessee must not bring any gasoline or other flammable substances into the Hall. Decorations used by the Lessee must be of approved, flame-resistant materials.
