Common use of Fire and Safety Services Clause in Contracts

Fire and Safety Services. Lakes, through the Project's general manager, shall be responsible for obtaining adequate coverage for fire and safety services and may, in its discretion, have such services provided on a contractual basis by the local fire and police departments. The costs of any fire and safety protection services shall be appropriately allocated between Costs of Gaming Operation and Costs of Ancillary Operations, and, if provided by a department of the Pawnee Nation, shall not exceed the actual cost of providing such services.
