Common use of FIRE DRILLS AND EVACUATION PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

FIRE DRILLS AND EVACUATION PROCEDURES. The Licensor may require the Licensee from time to time to perform fire drills and observe all necessary and proper emergency evacuation procedures. The Licensee and persons under the control of the Licensee shall cooperate with the Licensor in performing such drills and procedures. In requiring such drills and procedures, the Licensor shall use best endeavours to minimise disturbance to the Licensee. It is acknowledged by the Licensee that such fire drills will, however, be carried out in the normal trading hours of the facility. No compensation for any disruptions or claim for loss or trade shall be made by the Licensee as a result of any fire drills or other safety procedures undertaken by the Licensor.
