Common use of Fire Suppression Action Clause in Contracts

Fire Suppression Action. Upon the occurrence of a Fire on or threatening Membership Lands that is burning uncontrolled or without proper action being taken to prevent its spread, the Forester shall promptly, diligently, and to the best of the ability of the Department, act to control and extinguish the Fire by using all Facilities and personnel available to the Forester, or so much as may be necessary and appropriate under the conditions.
