The employer acknowledges the importance of the role of fire wardens and workplace health and safety representatives and the value of their contribution to the workplace. 26.3.2. The employer will ensure that employees who have been appointed or elected to these roles in the workplace have sufficient time free from other duties to complete these responsibilities.
