Firearm and Ammunition Industries Discrimination Prohibition. For Contracts entered into on or after September 1, 2021, if Grantee is a Company under Texas Government Code § 2274.002 at the time of executing this Contract, Grantee certifies that it is exempt under that section, or it does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association and will not discriminate during the term of the Contract against a firearm entity or firearm trade association.
