Common use of FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS Clause in Contracts

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS. The Landlord has a no tolerance policy for fireworks and firearms. The Tenant shall not use fireworks, firecrackers, or cap guns within the Park. No firearms, bows, crossbows or weapons of any kind are allowed within the Park. Any breach of the foregoing will result in a $500 fine and possible immediate termination of this Lease.
