First Amendment Premises Term. The Term with respect to the First Amendment Premises (the “First Amendment Premises Term”) shall commence on the First Amendment Premises Term Commencement Date and shall thereafter be coterminous with the Term for the Existing Premises, such that the Term with respect to the entire Premises (including both the Existing Premises and the First Amendment Premises) shall expire on the Term Expiration Date.
