First Interim Completion Certificate. The Subdivider shall maintain and repair the Works for the First Interim Completion Certificate a period of a minimum of two (2) years commencing on the date of the issuance by the County Engineer of the First Interim Completion Certificate, continuing until the County shall have accepted the First Interim Completion Certificate, by by-law, as provided in paragraph 49 (hereinafter and hereinbefore referred to as the "Warranty Period"); and the Subdivider shall repair any and all defects in the Works which shall become apparent within the Warranty Period.

  • Completion Certificate (i) Upon completion of all Works forming part of the Project Highway, and the Authority’s Engineer determining the Tests to be successful and after the receipt of notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium payment receipts in respect of the insurance defined in Article 20 and Schedule P of this Agreement, it shall, at the request of the Contractor forthwith issue to the Contractor and the Authority a certificate substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-L (the “Completion Certificate”).

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.

  • Project Reports; Completion Report 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion The certificate prepared by the Designer and approved by the Owner to the effect that the Work has reached Substantial Completion.
