Common use of First Month Fee Clause in Contracts

First Month Fee. Producer agrees to pay a First Month Fee of $50 which covers the onboarding costs associated with running background, credit, NIPR reviews of your agency and your license, and your first month fees for the use of the Personal Lines and Commercial Lines rating platform. This is a non-refundable fee and will not be returned to Producer regardless of whether InsureZone decides not to appoint Producer and make them a Member.
