First Negotiating Session Sample Clauses

First Negotiating Session. The first negotiating session shall be held no later than January 15, 2021. If the parties have not reached a settlement by April 15, 2021, then impasse shall be declared, and the parties will proceed to mediation and/or fact-finding to resolve their differences after April 15, 2021. Date may be extended by mutual agreement.
