Union Negotiating Committee. Leave of absence shall be granted to not more than seven (7) employee representatives selected to negotiate the renewal of the Collective Agreement for necessary time off including travel time, direct negotiating time, and necessary preparation time. The Union shall reimburse the College for all pay during such leave except for the days scheduled by the parties for direct negotiations and up to a maximum of ten (10) days if required, for meetings of the Union Negotiating Committee to prepare for and to complete bargaining.
Union Negotiating Committee. (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:
Union Negotiating Committee. The Union Negotiating Committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than three (3) members of the Union. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union nominees to the Committee.
Union Negotiating Committee. The function of the Negotiating Committee shall be in accordance with Article 24.01
Union Negotiating Committee. The Employer and representatives of the Union Negotiating Committee shall meet at the request of either party to consider any matter of mutual interest.
Union Negotiating Committee. A union negotiating committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of five members of the Union together with the President of the Union or designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer. Three members of the Committee named by the Union, shall suffer no loss of regular pay for service on the Committee while actively and directly engaged in the negotiating process for the renewal of this Agreement, and including all necessary caucuses, but in no event will any member of the Committee be entitled to overtime or premium time for time spent in negotiations with the Employer.
Union Negotiating Committee. 1. The Union shall advise the City of the names of its negotiators. One or more representatives from the Union shall be paid their regular base salary up to a combined maximum of 92 work-hours for time spent in attendance at official negotiating meetings between the City and the Union. No payment will be made for time outside the representatives' normal work day and in no event will payment be made for time in excess of eight hours per day. Reasonable travel time from site of employment to site of meeting will be allowed.
Union Negotiating Committee. A Union Negotiating Committee shall be elected by the members of Local 7.10 - NLC Instructors who are employees of the College. The Committee shall consist of up to five (5) persons one of who shall be the President of the Union or his/her designate, who shall sit on the Committee by right.
Union Negotiating Committee. All employees shall continue to accrue benefits while serving as a member of the Union negotiating committee, including vacation time, insurance benefits, seniority, and pension credit.
Union Negotiating Committee. For the purposes of collective bargaining, the Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed at the discretion of the Union, and shall consist of not more than five (5) members in addition to the Local Union Business Representative.
