Common use of First Year Regulatory Fees Clause in Contracts

First Year Regulatory Fees. With respect to the Regulatory Fee for the first calendar year or portion thereof commencing with the date of this Appendix, the SGA shall estimate its reasonable cost of regulating the Tribe’s operation based on the prior billing year’s actual costs incurred in connection with class III gaming other than as governed by this Appendix. The Tribe’s Regulatory Fee for the first year shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Section 13.4.2 and 13.4.

With respect to the Regulatory Fee for the first calendar year or portion thereof of Class III gaming, commencing with the date of o f this Appendix, the SGA shall make a good faith estimate its reasonable of the cost of regulating the Tribe’s operation based on the prior billing year’s actual costs incurred in connection with class III gaming other than as governed by this Appendixactivities. The Tribe’s Regulatory Fee for the first year shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Section 13.4.2 and 13.4.
