Fiscal Salary. A. One-twelfth (1/12) of the employee's annual salary shall be paid on the last business day of each month. Payroll checks shall be electronically deposited at the financial institution of the employee’s choosing. Financial institutions for electronic deposit are limited to those listed on the Northwest Clearing House Association. B. The base salary includes the professional responsibilities required by law. C. Should an employee contract be terminated by mutual consent during the school year, the employee will receive a full salary which bears the same ratio to the whole salary as the number of days of service performed by the employee bears to the total number of contractual days in the employee’s work year. D. A training wage for non-contract days shall be established at the employee’s per diem rate up to forty dollars ($40) per hour. E. The district agrees to flow through to its certificated employees any increased funding the state provides to Republic School District that relates to salary or benefits. IPD, or the cost of living factor determined by the legislature, will be added on all cells of the salary schedule for each year of this agreement.
