Five (5) Days. In the event an employee suffers the death of their spouse, child, mother, father or grandchild, the employee shall be allowed up to five (5) days off with pay, at his rate of pay.

Days Unless otherwise specifically indicated to the contrary, the word "days" as used in this Lease shall mean and refer to calendar days.
Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
Calendar Days All references to “days” in the Transaction Documents shall mean calendar days unless otherwise stated. The terms “business days” and “trading days” shall mean days that the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading for three or more hours. Time periods shall be determined as if the relevant action, calculation or time period were occurring in New York City. Any deadline that falls on a non-business day in any of the Transaction Documents shall be automatically extended to the next business day and interest, if any, shall be calculated and payable through such extended period.
After a Change in Control has occurred, the Employer shall honor the Employee’s exercise of the Employee’s outstanding stock options and any other Equity Awards in accordance with the terms thereof and this Employment Agreement. After a Change in Control has occurred and the Employee’s employment is terminated as a result thereof, the Employee (or his designated beneficiary or personal representative(s) shall also receive, except to the extent already paid pursuant to Section 9(c)(i) hereof or otherwise, the sums the Employee would otherwise have received (whether under this Agreement, by law or otherwise) by reason of termination of employment as if a Change in Control had not occurred.
Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).
months All unpaid principal and accrued and unpaid interest with respect to each Term Loan is due and payable in full on the Maturity Date. Each Term Loan may only be prepaid in accordance with Sections 2.2(c) and 2.2(d).
Nonbusiness Days In any case where any payment or action is due under any Loan Document on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment or action may be delayed until the next-succeeding Business Day, but interest and fees shall continue to accrue in respect of any payment to which it is applicable until such payment is in fact made; provided that, if, in the case of any such payment in respect of a Eurodollar Rate Borrowing, the next-succeeding Business Day is in the next calendar month, then such payment shall be made on the next-preceding Business Day.
Month A period commencing at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of a calendar month and extending until 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the first Day of the next succeeding calendar month. Monthly shall have the correlative meaning.

Notice of Completion Promptly after the completion of the distribution of the Securities by the Underwriters, the Representatives shall deliver to the Company a notice in writing confirming the completion of the distribution (the “Notice of Completion”).
