Amount of Vacation. Vacations will be granted to employees as follows:
(a) First (1st) Week. One (1) week's vacation or fraction thereof will be granted employees with less than one (1) year of industry service on May 1 based upon the number of months he has been employed in accordance with the table below. This will establish him on a May 1 to May 1 basis for future vacation calculations.
Amount of Vacation. A. Twenty-four (24) hour shift employees shall earn annual vacation on the basis of the following schedule:
Amount of Vacation. Amount of Vacation. (a) All regular full-time and regular part-time employees who have at least one
(1) full year of seniority shall be entitled to a paid vacation on the following basis, except terminated employees who have worked six (6) months or more as noted in Section 15.6: Continuous Service Vacation Period One year, but less than two years One week Two years, but less than ten years Two weeks Ten years, but less than twenty years Three weeks Twenty years, or more Four weeks
(b) Temporary layoffs or leaves of absence during the year shall not interrupt the continuity of seniority for the purpose of determining the amount of vacation for which an employee is eligible.
(c) Employees shall be entitled to receive their vacation pay before they leave for vacation.
Amount of Vacation. Officers covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with the schedule set forth in Appendix D.
Amount of Vacation. Each line employee after having satisfactorily completed the probationary period, shall be entitled to accumulate one-half (1/2) paid working day vacation for each month of completed service from the date of hire, through the fourth (4th) year of employment, and beginning the fifth (5th) year of employment, shall be entitled to three-quarters ((3/4) of a paid working day per month through the tenth (10th) year of service. Any employee who has completed ten (10) years of service shall thereafter accumulate vacation days at the rate of one (1) day per month. Beginning the twentieth (20th) year of service the employee will receive one (1) additional day per year. Each staff employee shall be entitled to fourteen (14) days annual vacation to accumulate at one and one-sixth (1/16th) paid working day vacation for each month of completed service from the date of appointment, through the fifth (5th) year of employment as measured from the original date of hire, and beginning the sixth (6th) year of employment, shall be entitled to twenty-one (21) days annual vacation at one and three-quarters (1-3/4) of a paid working day per month through the twelfth (12th) year of service. Any staff employee who has completed twelve (12) years of service shall be entitled to twenty-six (26) days annual vacation at two and one-sixth (2-1/6th) paid working days per month of service. Such vacation time may accumulate to a maximum of twenty-one (21) vacation days for line employees and forty-two (42) days for staff employees in any calendar year and any accrued vacation time in excess of the amount shall be forfeited, except in case of an employee who, through no fault of their own, has to work because of an emergency, (i.e., civil disorder, great conflagration, flood, epidemic of pestilence or disease). Not more than twelve (12) consecutive vacation days may be taken at one time. In case of an employee, who through no fault of their own loses vacation because of an emergency, shall be allowed to take vacation immediately following such emergency, even though another employee is scheduled for that time. They shall both be allowed to take a vacation at that time, provided such employees shall be allowed to receive full- time pay in lieu of such vacation if so elected.

Amount of Vacation. Full Time employees covered by this Agreement shall be 7 entitled to vacation in accordance with the following schedule:
8 A. One (1) day per month for one (1) to four (4) years of employment.
9 B. One and one-third (1-1/3) days per month for more than four (4), but less than 10 eight (8), years of employment.
11 C. One and one-half (1-1/2) days per month for eight (8), but less than twelve (12), 12 years of employment.
13 D. Two and one-twelfth (2-1/12) days per month for twelve (12), but less than 14 sixteen (16), years of employment.
15 E. Two and one-quarter (2-1/4) days per month for sixteen (16), but less than twenty 16 (20), years of employment.
17 F. Two and one-half (2-1/2) days per month for twenty (20) years or more of 18 employment. 20 Vacation time shall be allocated, in accordance with the above schedule, and shall be paid at the

The Employer agrees to grant the following vacation schedule to all twelve-month employees eligible: After one year continuous service 10 days After two years continuous service 11 days After three years continuous service 14 days After six years continuous service 17 days After nine years continuous service 19 days Ten years and above continuous service 20 days For the purpose of computing full-time continuous service for vacation entitlement, the number of years established by the parties hereto for each employee on the roster as of the signing of this agreement shall be conclusive. Future years of continuous service shall be credited on the first day of July on each year thereafter. During the first and second month of employment, no vacation days shall be earned. For each month thereafter, the employee shall earn one (1) day for each month through the following first day of July.
Amount of Vacation. A. Employees shall earn six point one six (6.16) hours of vacation time per payroll period up to a maximum of one hundred and sixty (160) hour annually.
B. When an employee is out of pay status, the employee shall receive vacation accruals pro-rated to reflect the hours during which the employee was in pay status, including all paid leave (sick leave, funeral leave, jury duty and disability leave), and calculated on the basis of the pay period. If an employee is in an out of pay status for more than half of any bi-weekly pay period, no vacation accrual will be given for that pay period.
C. Employees on leave due to job related disability shall not qualify for the accrual vacation benefits provided; however, they shall accrue benefits during the first thirty (30) days of any such leave.
