Common use of Fixed Gas Volume(s) Clause in Contracts

Fixed Gas Volume(s). The Parties will execute an Exhibit A for purposes of locking in a Fixed Gas Price for the duration of time designated in Exhibit A and will execute an Exhibit B to designate the monthly volume of natural gas to be purchased at the Fixed Gas Price. Exhibit A and Exhibit B shall be amended in accordance with Section 3.10.
