FIXED INCOME FOR VARYING PERIODS. The Proceeds may be left on deposit with us at interest with payments of a fixed amount being paid at specified intervals until principal and interest have been exhausted. The last payment will be for the balance only. The total amount payable each year may not be less than 5% of the original proceeds. (i.e., not less than $50 per annum of each $1,000 of original proceeds.) OPTION 5 - JOINT AND SURVIVOR LIFE INCOME: Equal payments will be made for the longer of the lives of two named payees. In other words, when one payee dies, the same payment continues to be paid for the remainder of the surviving payee's life. We will furnish values for other age combinations (than those shown in Option 5 Table) upon request.

In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be adjusted proportionately downward to equal the product obtained by multiplying the otherwise applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, as the case may be, by a fraction of which the numerator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately after giving effect to such distribution and of which the denominator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately prior to giving effect to such distribution.

  • Deferral Period The Deferred Share Units will be subject to a deferral period in accordance with the election made by Grantee and the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan. The Grantee may change the period of deferral by filing a subsequent election with the Company in accordance with the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan. During the deferral period, the Grantee will have no right to transfer any rights under his or her Deferred Share Units and will have no other rights of ownership therein.

  • Changes in Fiscal Periods Permit the fiscal year of the Borrower to end on a day other than December 31 or change the Borrower’s method of determining fiscal quarters.

  • Fixed Annuity Payments The minimum guaranteed income purchased per $1,000 of the net amount applied to a fixed annuity is based on an annual interest rate of 3% and the 1983a Mortality Table with the ages set back ten (10) years. Conversion to Current Rates – Annuity payments will be based on the greater of: • our current income factors in effect for this Contract on the Annuity Date; or • our guaranteed income factors. The dollar amount of any payments after the first annuity payment is specified during the annuity payment period according to the provisions of the elected Annuity Option.

  • Sales of Funds Offering Multiple Classes Of Shares 4. The sales charge applicable to any sale of Fund shares by you and the dealer concession or commission applicable to any order from you for the purchase of Fund shares accepted by us shall be set forth in the then current Prospectus of the Fund. You shall notify us if you are not eligible to receive a dealer concession or commission. You may be deemed to be an underwriter in connection with sales by you of shares of the Fund where you receive all or substantially all of the sales charge as set forth in the Fund’s Prospectus, and therefore you may be subject to applicable provisions of the Securities Act of 1933.
