If any Annual Percentage Rate is expressly labeled or described as “fixed” on your account, that fixed rate will not change for any reason during (i) its specified duration; or (ii) the life of the applicable balance or account if either no duration is specified or the duration is indefinite. If any Annual Percentage Rate is not expressly labeled or described as “fixed”, it is not a fixed rate.
