Common use of Fixed Term Employment Contracts Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Employment Contracts. (a) Fixed term employment will only be used for genuine fixed term arrangements. (b) ‘Genuine fixed term arrangements’ include, but are not limited to, employment in graduate Nurse positions, replacement of Employees on maternity leave, long term Work Cover, parental leave or long service leave, employment in special projects, re-fresher courses, supervised practise for re-registration and post-graduate training.
