Common use of Flat Fee Clause in Contracts

Flat Fee. Effective January 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $8,000.00 per month for 12 months, plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice for FOUR (4) Days per week per month. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.

Effective January November 1, 2020 2014 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $8,000.00 5,000.00 per month for 12 months, plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th 15th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice for FOUR (4) Days per week per monthinvoice. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.

Flat Fee. Effective January November 1, 2020 2014 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $8,000.00 4,000.00 per month for 12 months, plus the applicable HST HST. This Fee will include up to 32 hours of Services per month, payable monthly, on the 30th 15th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice for FOUR (4) Days per week per monthinvoice. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.
