Common use of Flat Fee Clause in Contracts

Flat Fee. Effective November 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $5,000.00 per month plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.

Flat Fee. Effective November 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $5,000.00 per month plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th 15th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.

Flat Fee. Effective November 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $5,000.00 4,000.00 per month plus the applicable HST HST. This Fee will include up to 32 hours of Services per month, payable monthly, on the 30th 15th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.

Flat Fee. Effective November January 1, 2014 2020 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $5,000.00 15,000.00 per month for 12 months, plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th of each month and upon presentation of an invoice. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.

Flat Fee. Effective November January 1, 2014 2020 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will pay the Contractor a basic fee (the “Fee”) of $5,000.00 8,000.00 per month for 12 months, plus the applicable HST payable monthly, on the 30th of each month and upon presentation of an invoiceinvoice for FOUR (4) Days per week per month. Final settlement for the month will be billed and payable at the end of each month.
