Common use of Flat Fee Clause in Contracts

Flat Fee. A base monthly fee of $[*] per bushel per calendar month based on the projected number of bushels of corn hedged, as set forth in the Risk Management Plan in effect for the month, which shall be due and payable within five (5) days of the end of each calendar month (“Flat Fee”).
