Common use of Flat Fee Clause in Contracts

Flat Fee. The Contractor shall be paid a flat fee of $2,500.00 for the performance of the Services. Upon completion of the Services, the Contractor must provide to the County an invoice in a form acceptable to the County, along with any necessary supporting documentation. The County will pay the Contractor within sixty (60) days of the County’s acceptance of the invoice and supporting documentation.
