Fleet Managers. With respect to Scooters subject to Fleet Management Contracts, the Lessee shall ensure that all Fleet Managers are properly trained and onboarded with all relevant Fleet Manager-facing mobile applications. The Lessee shall monitor the performance of Fleet Managers and identify and rectify any breaches by Fleet Managers under Fleet Management Contracts, including terminating Fleet Management Contracts and recovering Scooters. The Lessee shall promptly pay and discharge all obligations under Fleet Management Contracts. 5.1.4.
