Common use of – FLEX CREDITS Clause in Contracts

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 2019, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 into Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

Effective April 1, 20192021, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 8,104.80 into the Flex 14 Credits 13 for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 15 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major 16 medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness 17 insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 20192019April 1, 2021, the Board shall contribute 13 $7,360.80 7,360.80$8,104.80 into Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 . 15 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major 16 medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness 17 insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.
