Flextime Provisions/Availability of Credit Hours. 1. The Parties understand and agree that FWA will be initiated by the employee. In contrast, the parties understand and agree that the Agency initiates overtime and compensatory time. 2. A flextime schedule with credit hours will be available for all full-time and part- time ROQP employees. Workdays of twelve (12) hours duration will be established for ROQP employees, the flexible bands start at 6 a.m. and end at 6 p.m. 3.
