FLIAC’s Responsibilities. FLIAC shall be responsible for: (i) the design, preparation and printing of all promotional material to be used in the distribution of the New Contracts/Policies; (ii) the approval of promotional material by state and other local insurance regulatory authorities; and (iii) confirming the issuance of the Contracts/Policies to the Contract/Policy owner.
