FLIGHT INSURANCE. When a Performer is requested by Employer to travel by airplane, Employer shall reimburse the Performer up to an additional fee of $10.00 for flight insurance, if purchased by Performer. When an Employer requests a Performer to fly by non-commercial or non-scheduled carrier, Employer shall obtain a short-term insurance policy for the Performer providing insurance equal to the amount available for $10.00 on a commercial carrier. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximum insurance required under this section shall be the maximum amount reasonably available in the ordinary course of business from an insurance company. Important: Return this form at least 2 weeks prior to the start of principal recording. Please note, processing times depend on the completeness of your application.
FLIGHT INSURANCE. Where a principal performer is requested by Producer to travel by plane, Producer shall pay the principal performer an additional fee of $11.80 for flight insurance. When a Producer requests a principal performer to fly by a non-commercial or non-scheduled carrier, Producer shall obtain a short-term insurance policy for the principal performer providing insurance equal to the amount available for $11.80 on a commercial carrier. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximum insurance required under this Section shall be the maximum amount reasonably available in the ordinary course of business from an insurance company.
FLIGHT INSURANCE. Where a Performer is requested by Producer/Advertising Agency to travel by plane, Producer/Advertising Agency shall provide that a fee for flight insurance not to exceed $10.00 shall be paid provided the performer submits proof of purchase.
FLIGHT INSURANCE. The Company pays all premiums associated with life insurance, in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.), for any employee in the Bargaining Unit while the employee is flying as required in the performance of the employee's duties.

FLIGHT INSURANCE. A. The Government recognizes that in order to fulfill certain of its obligations under the Cargo Mission Contract, Lockheed Xxxxxx intends to subcontract with the subcontractor for lease of its carrier hardware for use during ISS assembly missions. The parties agree that the space flight insurance market is volatile and that the subcontractor will be desirous of protecting its carrier hardware from total loss through insurance. B. In order for any space flight insurance costs incurred by the subcontractor to be allowable as part of the subcontract price under the Cargo Mission Contract, the subcontractor will provide a copy of its insurance policy for Government review and will include a statement, executed by a corporate official of the subcontractor with binding contractual authority, of all insurance coverage applicable to the flight asset hardware to be flown on contracted missions. The NASA Contracting Officer’s written approval is a condition precedent to the allowability of the subcontractor’s space flight insurance costs as part of the subcontract price under the Cargo Mission Contract or any other Government contract.   • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Accident Insurance It is highly recommended that either the Sending Institution or the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise provide insurance coverage to the trainee, and fill in the information in Table B or C accordingly. The trainee must be covered at least by an accident insurance (damages caused to the trainee at the workplace) and by a liability insurance (damages caused by the trainee at the workplace).

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Group Insurance The Employer will continue to participate with employees in the provision of group life and medical plans as exist at the coming into force of this Agreement unless amended by mutual consent. The Employer agrees to pay 65% of the total premium cost for all employees covered by the health and dental care plans attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.   • Aircraft Liability Insurance (i) Except as provided in clause (ii) of this Section 7.06(a), and subject to the rights of Company to establish and maintain self-insurance in the manner and to the extent specified in Section 7.06(d), Company will carry, or cause to be carried, at no expense to Loan Trustee, aircraft liability insurance (including, but not limited to, passenger, contractual, bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, and products liability (exclusive of manufacturer’s product liability insurance and war risk, hijacking and allied perils insurance)) with respect to the Aircraft that is of the type as from time to time applicable to aircraft operated by Company (or, if a Lease in respect of the Aircraft is then in effect, by Permitted Lessee) of the same type as the Aircraft (A) in amounts that are not less than the aircraft liability insurance applicable to similar aircraft and engines in Company’s (or Permitted Lessee’s) fleet on which Company (or Permitted Lessee) carries insurance and operated by Company (or Permitted Lessee) on the same or similar routes as operated by the Aircraft; provided that such liability insurance shall not be less than the amount (the “Minimum Insurance Amount”) certified in the insurance report delivered to Loan Trustee and each Liquidity Provider on the Closing Date, and (B) that is maintained in effect with insurers of recognized responsibility. Any policies of insurance carried in accordance with this Section 7.06(a) and any policies taken out in substitution or replacement for any of such policies shall: (1) name Loan Trustee, Subordination Agent, each Pass Through Trustee and each Liquidity Provider as their Interests (defined below in this Section 7.06) may appear, as additional insureds (the “Additional Insureds”), (2) subject to the conditions of clause (3) below, provide that, in respect of the interest of each Additional Insured in such policies, the insurance shall not be invalidated by any action or inaction of Company, any Permitted Lessee, or any other insured (other than such Additional Insured) and shall insure each Additional Insured’s Interests as they appear, regardless of any breach or violation of any warranty, declaration or condition contained in such policies by Company, any Permitted Lessee or any other insured (other than such Additional Insured), (3) provide that, if such insurance is canceled for any reason, or if any change is made in the insurance that materially reduces the amount of insurance or the coverage certified in the insurance report delivered on the Closing Date to Loan Trustee and each Liquidity Provider, or if such insurance is canceled for nonpayment of premium, such cancellation or change shall not be effective as to any Additional Insured for 30 days after

  • Health Care Insurance While a faculty member is on an approved leave of this type, the faculty member will be advised regarding the right to continue health care benefits in accordance with COBRA during the period of unpaid absence.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.
