Common use of Flight Requests Clause in Contracts

Flight Requests. Lessee will provide Operator with requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as is reasonably possible. Requests for flight time shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by the Parties. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall provide Operator the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure: (a) proposed departure point; (b) destination; (c) date and time of flight; (d) the number of anticipated passengers and their names; (e) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; (f) the date and time of return flight, if any; (g) for international trips, passport information and Customs-required information for all passengers; and (h) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Operator or Operator’s flight crew for security or other purposes.

Flight Requests. Lessee will provide Operator with flight requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance as possible, and in any case at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of any given Lessee’s desired departure, and Operator shall in turn coordinate said flight as is reasonably possiblerequests. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight departure times, Lessee shall provide Operator at least the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departurereasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by Operator or its flight crew: (a) proposed departure point; (b) destination; (c) date and time of flight; (d) the number and identity of anticipated passengers and their namespassengers; (e) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; (f) the date and time of return flight, if any; (g) for international trips, passport information and Customs-required information for all passengers; and (hg) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or required by Operator or Operator’s its flight crew for security or other purposescrew.

In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall provide Operator the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure: (a) the specific aircraft requested; (b) proposed departure point; (bc) destination; (cd) date and time of flight; (de) the number of anticipated passengers and their names; (ef) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; (fg) the date and time of return flight, if any; (gh) for international trips, passport information and Customs-required information for all passengers; and (hi) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Operator or Operator’s flight crew for security or other purposes.
