Special Requests. Additional Services will be considered by request and billed separately: -Waxing -Shampooing of rugs and carpets -Additional Cleaning of areas or additional cleaning services not quoted in the Master Agreement’s Schedule, Building Areas and Janitorial Standards, and/or “Scope of Work” per agency.

1. Vestibules, lobbies and entries (interior and exterior)
2. Corridors
3. Stairwells, stairs and landings (interior)
4. Offices (administrative and clerical) and classrooms
5. Coatrooms, lunchrooms and conference rooms
6. Labs and preparation rooms 7. Computer rooms
Special Requests. 20.1 If You have any special requests, You must let the Company know when You make the booking and confirm Your special requests in writing. The Company cannot guarantee that any request will be met.
Special Requests. Any special requests must be submitted in writing to the Park Superintendent for approval no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to your rental date. Special requests may include anything not specifically covered in this rental agreement.
Special Requests. 1. Any special requests for permission to make or continue any investment upon becoming subject to these policies not expressly permitted by these policies in light of special circumstances or hardship that might be caused by liquidation or failure to make such an investment shall be addressed in writing (or via e-mail) to the General Counsel of the Company. The General Counsel shall have the right, in his sole discretion, to approve or disapprove any such investment or divestiture and to impose any condition to any approval as he may deem required.
2. The General Counsel shall also have the right to approve any blind trust or alternative arrangement that protects the Company's interests.
Special Requests. Inflatables, dunk tanks, tents or other similar or unusual items are allowed in Village parks ONLY with the written approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation. In most cases, insurance will be required for such special requests. The User shall not alter or modify any existing building or structure nor build or locate any new building, mobile structure, lifts, equipment or new structure on the Property without prior written approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation and the approval of all appropriate Village agencies.
Special Requests. If the Plan Administrator requests a report in a customized format that requires system enhancements, or re-programming by HEBP, or customized requests for claim Record information, such requests will be evaluated as to the complexity and the associated costs involved to provide this information. Plan Administrator will be responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred and understands that any new program designs will delay the transfer of information and Records for the successor administrator. All such information and Records described herein shall be subject to the terms of SECTION VII – CONFIDENTIALITY.
Special Requests. Specific requests should be advised at time of booking. Please note that every effort will be made to secure special requests, however; they cannot be guaranteed.
