Flood Certificates. The Master Servicer agrees to transfer flood certificates to the Special Sub-Servicer, provided that the flood certificates are transferred to the Special Sub-Servicer at no cost. For Mortgage Loans without a flood certificate, the Special Sub-Servicer may deduct from its remittance to the Master Servicer $[35] per Mortgage Loan to purchase such flood certificate.
