  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.

  • Period Covered This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27, 2017 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnight, August 22, 2020. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

  • Pollution Liability Insurance 15.1.6.1 Developer shall procure and maintain Pollution Liability Insurance that shall protect Developer, District, Construction Manager(s), Project Inspector(s), and Architect(s) from all claims for bodily injury, property damage, including natural resource damage, cleanup costs, removal, storage, disposal, and/or use of the pollutant arising from operations under this Facilities Lease, and defense, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims. Coverage shall apply to sudden and/or gradual pollution conditions resulting from the escape or release of smoke, vapors, fumes, acids, alkalis, toxic chemicals, liquids, or gases, natural gas, waste materials, or other irritants, contaminants, or pollutants, including asbestos. This coverage shall be provided in a form at least as broad as Insurance Services Offices, Inc. (ISO) Form CG 2415, or Developer shall procure and maintain these coverages separately.

  • Insurance Requirement; Coverages Borrower must keep the improvements now existing or subsequently erected on the Property insured against loss by fire, hazards included within the term “extended coverage,” and any other hazards including, but not limited to, earthquakes, winds, and floods, for which Lender requires insurance. Borrower must maintain the types of insurance Lender requires in the amounts (including deductible levels) and for the periods that Lender requires. What Lender requires pursuant to the preceding sentences can change during the term of the Loan, and may exceed any minimum coverage required by Applicable Law.   • Required Coverage Commercial General Liability - The Vendor/Contractor shall maintain coverage issued on the most recent version of the ISO form as filed for use in Florida or its equivalent, with a limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Vendor/Contractor further agrees coverage shall not contain any endorsement(s) excluding or limiting Product/Completed Operations, Contractual Liability, or Separation of Insureds. The General Aggregate limit shall either apply separately to this contract or shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit. Required Endorsements: Additional Insured- CG 20 26 or CG 20 10/CG 20 37 or their equivalents. Business Automobile Liability - The Vendor/Contractor shall maintain coverage for all owned; non-owned and hired vehicles issued on the most recent version of the ISO form as filed for use in Florida or its equivalent, with limits of not less than $500,000 (five hundred thousand dollars) per accident. In the event the Vendor/Contractor does not own automobiles the Vendor/Contractor shall maintain coverage for hired and non-owned auto liability, which may be satisfied by way of endorsement to the Commercial General Liability policy or separate Business Auto Liability policy.

  • FREQUENCY AND COVERAGE 3.1 All MI Reports must be completed by the Supplier using the MI Reporting Template and returned to the Authority on or prior to the Reporting Date every Month during the Term and thereafter, until all transactions relating to Call-Off Contracts have permanently ceased.

  • Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance with limits not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, which will provide additional limits for employers’ general insurance and shall cover the Board and its employees, subject to that of the primary coverage.

  • All Risk Property Insurance (i) During construction, an All Risk Property insurance policy including earthquake and flood (with sublimits as appropriate) shall be maintained during the course of Work being performed and include Start-up and testing for installed equipment and delayed opening coverage. Such policy shall include coverage for materials and equipment while under the care, custody and control of the Seller during the course of Work, at the Site, offsite or while in transit to the Site.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract. Such insurance shall be in the Contractor’s name and list the City as an Additional Insured and any other entity specified in Schedule A. Coverage shall include, without limitation, (a) loss of use of damaged property or of property that has not been physically injured, (b) transportation, and (c) non-owned disposal sites.
