FLOOR LOAD - HEAVY MACHINERY. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot of area which such floor was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Tenant acknowledges receipt from Landlord of the foregoing floor load information. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all heavy machinery and mechanical equipment, which shall be placed so as to distribute the weight. Heavy machinery and mechanical equipment shall be placed and maintained by Tenant at Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient in Landlord’s reasonable judgment to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance. Tenant shall not move any heavy machinery, heavy equipment, freight, bulky matter, or fixtures into or out of the Building without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. If such machinery, equipment, freight, bulky matter or fixtures requires special handling, Tenant agrees to employ only persons holding a Master Rigger’s License to do said work, and that all work in connection therewith shall comply with applicable Legal Requirements. Any such moving shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Tenant and Tenant will defend, indemnify and save Landlord harmless against and from any liability, loss, injury, claim or suit resulting directly or indirectly from such moving, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its employees, agents or contractors. Proper placement of all such heavy machinery, etc., in the Premises shall be Tenant’s responsibility.

If such safe, machinery, equipment, freight, bulky matter or fixtures requires require special handling, Tenant Xxxxxx agrees to employ only persons holding a Master RiggerXxxxxx’s License to do said work, and that all work in connection therewith shall comply with applicable Legal Requirementslaws and regulations. Any such moving shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Tenant Tenant, and Tenant Xxxxxx will defend, indemnify and save Landlord harmless against and from any liability, loss, injury, claim or suit resulting directly or indirectly from such moving. Except as otherwise required or directed in writing by Landlord, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its employees, agents or contractors. Proper proper placement of all such heavy machinerybusiness machines, etc., in the Premises shall be Tenant’s responsibility.

Tenant acknowledges receipt from Landlord of the foregoing floor load information. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all heavy file cabinets, business machinery and mechanical equipment, equipment (including safes) which shall be placed so as to distribute Tenant may place in the weightPremises. Heavy machinery Business machines and mechanical equipment shall be placed and maintained by Tenant at Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient in Landlord’s reasonable judgment to absorb and prevent vibration, transmission of noise and annoyance. Tenant shall not move vibration to any heavy machinery, heavy equipment, freight, bulky matter, or fixtures into or out other part of the Building without Landlord’s in which the Premises are located. Any moving of any machinery and/or equipment into, out of, or within the Premises shall be done only with the prior written consentconsent of Landlord in each instance, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. If such machinery, equipment, freight, bulky matter or fixtures requires special handling, Tenant agrees to employ only persons holding a Master Rigger’s License to do said work, and that all work in connection therewith shall comply with applicable Legal Requirements. Any such moving shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Tenant Tenant, and Tenant will defend, indemnify and save Landlord harmless against and from any liability, loss, injury, claim or suit resulting directly or indirectly from such moving. In the event riggers shall be required to accomplish such moving, except to only persons holding a Master Rigger’s License shall perform the extent caused by work. Tenant shall not in any way break, cut into, or damage the negligence exterior perimeter walls or willful misconduct insulating panels of the Building in installing, ventilating or exhausting its equipment or in any other manner. As of the Commencement Date, Landlord or its employees, agents or contractors. Proper placement of all such heavy machinery, etc., represents that the floor load placed on the floors in the Premises shall be Tenant’s responsibilityby Tenant does not exceed the floor load limitations set forth in this Section VII.

If such machinery, equipment, freight, bulky matter or fixtures Heavy Equipment requires special handling, Tenant Xxxxxx agrees to employ only persons holding a Master Rigger’s Xxxxxx's License to do said work, and that all work in connection therewith shall comply with applicable Legal Requirements. Any such moving shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Tenant and Tenant will defend, indemnify and save the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and from any liability, loss, injury, claim or suit all Claims resulting directly or indirectly from such moving, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its employees, agents or contractors. Proper placement of all such heavy machinery, etc., Heavy Equipment in the Premises shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility.

Tenant shall not add or reconfigure a load upon any floor of the Premises which may impose additional weight on the floor load of the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall submit a plan of the new addition or reconfiguration which shall be reviewed by Landlord and, if necessary, by Landlord's structural engineer. Any such addition or reconfiguration of the floor load of the Premises shall be at Tenant's sole cost.

FLOOR LOAD - HEAVY MACHINERY. Tenant shall not move any safe, heavy machinery, heavy equipment, freight, bulky matter, or fixtures into or out of the Building without Landlord’s 's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. If such safe, machinery, equipment, freight, bulky matter or fixtures requires special handling, Tenant agrees to employ only persons holding a Master Rigger’s 's License to do said work, and that all work in connection therewith shall comply with applicable Legal Requirementslaws and regulations. Any such moving shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Tenant and Tenant will defend, indemnify and save Landlord harmless against and from any liability, loss, injury, claim or suit for personal injury, and subject to Article 19, damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from such moving, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its employees, agents or contractors. Proper placement of all such heavy machinerybusiness machines, etc., in the Premises premises shall be Tenant’s 's responsibility. Landlord hereby represents that the floors of the premises are designed to carry a floor load of 4,000 pounds per square inch.
