Floor Loads; Noise and Vibration. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises which exceeds the load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry or which is allowed by law. Business machines and mechanical equipment belonging to Tenant which cause noise, electrical interference or vibration that may be transmitted to the structure of the Building or to the Premises to such a degree as to be objectionable to Landlord shall, at Tenant's expense, be placed and maintained by Tenant in settings of cork, rubber, or spring-type vibration eliminators sufficient to eliminate such noise, electrical interference or vibration.
