Floor Space Lease. Required for Virtual Collocation only in the instance where CLEC provides its own equipment bay. This rate element provides the monthly lease for the space occupied by CLEC-provided equipment bay, including property taxes and base operating cost without –48 volt DC power. Includes convenience 110 AC, 15 amp electrical outlets provided in accordance with local codes and may not be used to power transmission equipment or –48 volt DC power generating equipment.
