Floor Space Lease. Provides the monthly lease for the leased physical space, property taxes and base operating cost without -48 volt DC power. Includes convenience 110 AC, 15 amp electrical outlets provided in accordance with local codes and may not be used to power transmission equipment or -48 volt DC power generating equipment. Also includes maintenance for the leased space; provides for the preventative maintenance (climate controls, filters, fire and life systems and alarms, mechanical systems, standard HVAC); a pro-rata share of biweekly housekeeping services (sweeping, spot cleaning, trash removal) of CenturyLink Premises common areas surrounding the leased physical space and general repair and maintenance. The Floor Space Lease includes required aisle space on each side of the cage enclosure, as applicable.
