The Judicial Council has elected to be self-insured for its motor vehicle, aircraft liability and general liability exposures. B. The Judicial Council administers workers’ compensation benefits for its employees through a Third Party agreement.
Wyoming CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.
Florida Statutes In the event that the recipient expends a total amount of state financial assistance equal to or in excess of $750,000 in any fiscal year of such recipient (for fiscal years ending June 30, 2017, and thereafter), the recipient must have a State single or project-specific audit for such fiscal year in accordance with Section 215.97, F.S.; Rule Chapter 69I-5, F.A.C., State Financial Assistance; and Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) or 10.650 (nonprofit and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General. EXHIBIT 1 to this form lists the state financial assistance awarded through the Department of Environmental Protection by this agreement. In determining the state financial assistance expended in its fiscal year, the recipient shall consider all sources of state financial assistance, including state financial assistance received from the Department of Environmental Protection, other state agencies, and other nonstate entities. State financial assistance does not include federal direct or pass-through awards and resources received by a nonstate entity for Federal program matching requirements.
File Naming Conventions Files will be named according to the following convention: {gTLD}_{YYYY-MM-DD}_{type}_S{#}_R{rev}.{ext} where: {gTLD} is replaced with the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-TLD, the ASCII-compatible form (A-Label) must be used; {YYYY-MM-DD} is replaced by the date corresponding to the time used as a timeline watermark for the transactions; i.e. for the Full Deposit corresponding to 2009-08-02T00:00Z, the string to be used would be “2009-08-02”; {type} is replaced by: “full”, if the data represents a Full Deposit; “diff”, if the data represents a Differential Deposit; “thin”, if the data represents a Bulk Registration Data Access file, as specified in Section 3 of Specification 4; {#} is replaced by the position of the file in a series of files, beginning with “1”; in case of a lone file, this must be replaced by “1”. {rev} is replaced by the number of revision (or resend) of the file beginning with “0”: {ext} is replaced by “sig” if it is a digital signature file of the quasi-homonymous file. Otherwise it is replaced by “ryde”.
Normal Commercial Relations Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Loan Trustee, any Noteholder or any other party to any of the Operative Documents or the Pass Through Documents or any of their affiliates may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Oregon Upon failure of the Obligor to perform under the Agreement, the insurer shall pay on behalf of the Obligor any sums the Obligor is legally obligated to pay and any service that the Obligor is legally obligated to perform. Termination of the reimbursement policy shall not occur until a notice of termination has been mailed or delivered to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. This notice must be mailed or delivered at least 30 days prior to the date of termination. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: You, the Service Agreement Holder may apply for reimbursement directly to the insurer if a refund or credit is not paid before the 46th day after the date on which Your Agreement is returned to the provider. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.
Articles of Organization This Company is organized pursuant to the provisions of the COLORADO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT (the “Act”, codified in Colorado Revised Statues §7-80-100 et seq. as it may be amended from time to time) and pursuant to Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State on January 24, 2014. The rights and obligations of the Company and the Members shall be provided in this Operating Agreement.
State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, Vendor hereby certifies that Vendor is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed to the State of Texas under Chapter 171 of the Texas Tax Code.
Benefit to Citizens of Xxxxxxx County The safety of the citizens of Xxxxxxx County is enhanced through this Agreement, which promotes safe boating conditions and reduces costs associated with patrols of recreational waterways.
Agreement Made in California; Venue The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for all litigation relative to the formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be in San Francisco.
