Florida State Sales Tax. 4R shall be responsible for the payment of any applicable sales and use taxes (or any excise taxes imposed in lieu thereof) which may now or hereafter be levied by the State of Florida or any other governmental unit on all payments due under this Lease that may be classified as rent by such taxing authorities. The taxes shall be paid by 4R to City at the same time that Rent payments are to be made. The current State of Florida sales tax in Orange County is 6.5%.
