FMN'S SERVICES AND FACILITIES. This Agreement contemplates that FMN will initially act as loan correspondent for Participating Lenders who offer mortgage loans on the Website. This Agreement does not, however, preclude ILSI or FMN from establishing wholesale relationships in the future, with either the Participating Lenders or other lenders. In connection with ILSI Loans that are transmitted to FMN for processing initially, FMN shall perform the following services and provide the following facilities:
