Common use of Follow-up Inspection Clause in Contracts

Follow-up Inspection. The TDHE shall conduct a follow-up inspection to determine if the deficiencies identified in a previous inspection have been corrected. The Participant shall be notified, by regular mail, and given the opportunity to be present at the inspection. If the Participant has not corrected the deficiencies, the lease agreement may be terminated in accordance with this Policy, or the TDHE may perform the necessary work and charge the Participant for the repair of any damages caused by the Participants or his/her guest(s).
