Common use of Follow-up Clause in Contracts

Follow-up. 1. The chairperson will review the results of student evaluations of all non- tenured Bargaining Unit Members and discuss the results with the faculty member. 2. If evaluations of a tenured or continuing contract faculty member indicate a lack of teaching effectiveness over two or more semesters, the ▇▇▇▇ in consultation with the Department Chairperson, will determine if follow up and support are necessary which may include post-tenure review in Article 11.
