Common use of Following notification of Clause in Contracts

Following notification of. a Change of Control the Authority shall be entitled to exercise its rights under paragraph 26.1 of these Conditions providing the Grant Recipient with notification of its proposed action in writing within three (3) months of: (i) being notified in writing that a Change of Control is anticipated or is in contemplation or has occurred; or (ii) where no notification has been made, the date that the Authority becomes aware that a Change of Control is anticipated or is in contemplation or has occurred,

Following notification of. a Change of Control the Authority shall be entitled to exercise its rights under paragraph 26.1 and 26.3 of these Conditions providing and will provide the Grant Recipient with notification of its proposed action in writing within three (3) months of: (i) 26.23.1. being notified in writing that a Change of Control is anticipated or is in contemplation or has occurred; or (ii) 26.23.2. where no notification has been made, the date that the Authority becomes aware that a Change of Control is anticipated or is in contemplation or has occurred,.
