Footwear - Specialized Requirement. Employees unable to wear the footwear supplied by the Employer, as supported by a medical certificate, shall be issued payment in lieu of the footwear issue and shall be required to purchase footwear that meets the Employee’s medical needs as well as the requirements of the department.
