Common use of F.O.P. Access to Employer Premises Clause in Contracts

F.O.P. Access to Employer Premises. Authorized representatives of the National or State Labor Council shall be permitted to visit the Department during working hours to talk with officers of the local Labor Council and/or representatives of the Employer concerning matters covered by this Agreement. Such representatives shall give reasonable notice to the Sheriff or his designee, and such visits shall not interfere with the operations of the Sheriffs office.
