Wellness Benefit. The University will continue to explore enhancements to its wellness programs. This may include voluntary programs that include financial incentives. The comprehensive wellness program optimally supports the engagement of faculty, staff and families to develop a sustainable culture of wellness on campus.
Wellness Benefit. 3.13.1 Wellness Benefit shall mean one full medical examination every two years.
3.13.2 A full medical examination would include pre- approved costs associated with preventative health checks, which may or may not include: cervical smear test, mammogram, random blood sugar, total cholesterol and lipid profile and chest x-ray for women, or prostate Specific Antigen test, random blood sugar, total cholesterol and lipid profile and chest x-ray for men.
3.13.3 Specific tests will be carried out at a facility of Specialty Emergency Services’ choice.
3.13.4 Additional tests not listed above are subject to pre-approval and may be charged to the Member.
3.13.5 On request of a medical practitioner and with pre-approval by Specialty Emergency Services, bone density tests may be included in the Wellness Benefit for members over 40 (forty) years of age.
3.13.6 The Wellness Benefit is available to adult members over the age of 18 (eighteen) only.
3.13.7 The limit for Wellness tests and profiles is US$200 under Chrome within Zambia only at SES Clinics only .
3.13.8 The limit for Wellness tests and profiles is US$1,000 or equivalent for Gold+.
3.13.9 The limit for Wellness tests and profiles is US$2,000 or equivalent for Platinum+.
3.13.10 The Wellness Benefit does not include preventative investigations specifically related to hereditary conditions, unless recommended by our SES physician and only after genetic counselling.
Wellness Benefit. If the University implements a wellness incentive program for all employees, bargaining unit members may also participate in the program in order to receive a reduction in the employee share of health insurance premiums or other incentives during the term of this Agreement.
Wellness Benefit. During the term of this Agreement, The Employer may institute a wellness plan. It is understood that while the Employer reserves the right to determine the terms and conditions of such plan, including reward benefits, if any, an employee’s participation in such plan shall be voluntary.
Wellness Benefit. The Employee shall have the option to participate in the District Wellness Program under the same terms and conditions as set out in the represented unit contracts.
Wellness Benefit. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer may institute, at its discretion, a wellness program in which the Employee’s participation shall be voluntary. If the Employer elects to provide a benefit for the Employee’s participation, the parties will negotiate the benefit.

Wellness Benefit. Educational support personnel who do not qualify for District health insurance shall be granted a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) wellness benefit which shall be paid pro-rata in the regular paychecks through out the year.
