Common use of For all other Services Clause in Contracts

For all other Services. the Agreement shall (except as expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement) continue in force for the Initial Period. If no Initial Period is specified then the Agreement shall continue until the Services have been completed. After the Initial Period, the Agreement shall (except as expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement) continue in force unless and until terminated by either party giving notice of termination to the other party, such notice to expire at any time on or after the end of the Initial Period and the notice period to be at least the Minimum Notice Period (or 30 days if no Minimum Notice Period is specified).
