For Bus Drivers transportation shall be furnished by the District one time each renewal year, and subsequent transportation, if any, must be arranged by the employee.
For Bus Drivers. Bus drivers shall work the hours necessary to drive their routes and to maintain the cleanliness of their buses, with a 4.5 hour minimum per day.
For Bus DriversBus Drivers will be granted 4 sick leave days at the beginning of the school year. Whatever sick leave days the employee does not utilize by December 1st will be paid at the AM/PM rate (or in the case of the vo-tech driver, the payment shall be the average hours/day for the vo-tech run) or if the employee desires, he/she may bank those days. Employees will be granted 5 sick leave days at the beginning of December through the end of the school year with the same procedure being implemented as above. Application to be paid for sick leave days must be made on a sick leave request form by December 1st and June 1st. Payment for sick leave days are only applicable for the 4 sick leave days given at the beginning of the school year and the 5 sick leave days given after December 1st. The sick leave days being paid will not be banked days.
For Bus Drivers. At the beginning of the school year bus drivers will be assigned the basic approximate runs that they had for the previous school year. During the first four (4) weeks of the school year the Employer shall have an annual bus run bid selection meeting. Bus drivers shall be given the runs and will become effective at the beginning of the fifth (5th) week. Bus drivers not attending the bid meeting shall be assigned to residual runs by the Employer. Bus drivers may use proxies to bid on the runs. Bus drivers with top seniority as per the seniority list, will be given first consideration for bidding runs or when a run becomes open. Change in bus runs through the bidding process may only be permitted once in a semester. In the event the bus route is changed by more than ten (10) minutes, the Employer, at the request of the Association, shall re-bid all runs within two weeks of said request by the Association. The Association must make such request within five (5) working days of the changes, or the current run schedule shall be deemed acceptable.
For Bus Drivers. Day Shift: the standard day shift is from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but the starting time may be between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
For Bus Drivers. If school is closed due to an emergency situation caused by an Act of God, bus drivers will be paid for their regular schedule of hours at their regular rate of pay.   • Hosted Services 3.1 The Provider hereby grants to the Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Hosted Services for the business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation during the Term. 3.2 The Provider shall create an Account for the Customer and shall provide to the Customer login details for that Account to enable the Customer to configure and administer the Hosted Services and enable registration of Customer End Users. 3.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by law on a non- excludable basis, the licence granted by the Provider to the Customer under Clause 3.1 is subject to the following prohibitions: (a) the Customer must not sub-license its right to use the Hosted Services; (b) the Customer must not make any alteration to the Platform; and (c) the Customer must not conduct or request that any other person conduct any load testing or penetration testing on the Platform or Hosted Services without the prior written consent of the Provider. 3.5 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours, including appropriate organisational and technical measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Hosted Services using an Account. 3.6 The parties acknowledge and agree that Schedule 2 (Availability SLA) shall govern the availability of the Hosted Services. 3.7 The Customer must ensure that all persons using the Hosted Services with the authority of the Customer or by means of an Account comply with the Terms Of Use. 3.8 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Hosted Services or Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Hosted Services. 3.9 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services: (a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or (b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform, either during or after the Term. 3.11 The Provider may suspend the provision of the Hosted Services if any amount due to be paid by the Customer to AWS for the benefit of the Provider under this Agreement is overdue, and the Provider has given to the Customer at least 30 days' written notice, following the amount becoming overdue, of its intention to suspend the Hosted Services on this basis.
